Mind-AID Program
An approach based on mindful presence (mindfulness) that helps you manage your negative thoughts and regain serenity, while providing you with tangible support for your emotional well-being.
Educational Workshop for Informal Caregivers
A program rich in practical information and strategies, covering essential topics such as understanding Alzheimer’s disease and other neurocognitive disorders, managing behavioral symptoms, addressing legal and financial aspects, and maintaining your own health.
